I've had these headers for JUST under a year on my wife's 2008 Escalade. We've decided to trade in the SUV, so these are coming off and we're going back to stock.

This is part # 28502400. Kooks is still changing part #'s now, so they are also old part # 67-52-188

They are 304 stainless steel and are for the 1999+ GM Full size Trucks and SUV's. (Silverado, Sierra, Tahoe, Yukon, Escalade, Avalanche).

Kooks builds all of their products to the highest standard, and these are possibly the best headers you can buy for your Truck. They feature 1 7/8" primaries, and 3" collectors with O2 Bugs welded in, and have a merge spike in the collector for decreased turbulence.

These headers work for the 4.8, 5.3L, 6.0L and 6.2L engines. All headers will require a Kooks Y-pipe to connect to your factory or aftermarket exhaust, which I also have.

The Y pipe I have is off-road, no cats part # 28543100, or old part # 67-54-OC35

Just to clarify... The pics are Kooks STOCK photos. My Y doesn't have rear O2 provisions, nor cats. It's straight 3" pipe.
