yeah its going to be tight for sure. i got almost 12"s from the back of my turbo to the ac drier and got exactly 5" from manifold to fender inner liner . so the inner liner is going to probably get shaved a lil bit and the ear on the manifold is going to get grinded off also.
i like those v-bands you got , wish i would of saw those b4 i got all of this welded . how will those o rings take the heat thou ? if all else fails i can make so gasket for them i guess, but i think the brace should take allot of the weight off the pipes . do you have one of those huge intake elbows ? if so could you measure how much distance it takes before it goes full 90 degrees, i need to know if i can fit it within a 8" space.

Good luck with the build man. Looks good so far. I was planning on doing a flipped manifold build similar to yours, but I switched to a kb log. Mocked it up and everything, but didnt like how it fit. Also, I dont think im half the fabricator I need to be to pull that off. Keep us updated. I want to see some

They dont have orings, there is a male and female flange and on the male is raised ring on the inside of the sealing surface so they slide into each other slightly.

Yea I have a big elbow, and had to cut the **** out of my fan shroud and the elbow to get it to fit. Kind of hard to see in this pic but...

how many inches does that elbow stick out past the turbo? looks like it just might fit on mine.

Just measured and its 8.5-9" and like I said I had to cut the **** out of it and trim all the way to the blades on the fan shroud. Also had to shorten the fitting on the radiator so I could make the return hose turn down quicker.

looks like im in for another tight fit ... lol . my turbo sits more to the left then yours and it kinda points toward the corner so if i were to put that elbow on it, it would go straight into that hole that your second one goes into .i might need to heat it up and ovalize it a lil bit cause i think all i got to the rad. support is about 8".
