Found the Whipple kit for cheaper so far...5,600 bucks. That's for the whole kit. I will call about a price on the cheaper $$$ tuner kit. I think my big factory "flex-fuel" injectors will support the blower on 93 octane(I will disable flex fuel). If I crank up my fuel pressure to 58 psi the stock injectors are rated @ 54 Lb/Hr. I need to find a few satisfied customers before I pull the trigger on a Whipple "kit".
Or...I could get some big injectors, and crank her up to 12 psi on E85

I ran one of the older Whipple superchargers on my old 5.3. It made good power but the older kits lacked an intercooler. These new kits look to be night and day difference from what they were. I say go for it. Looks like whipple has put alot of R&D into their new kits. They must have got sick of Magnacharger taking all the sales.
None the less this kit looks very complete and up to date. I would be that these kits will make as much power as any of the TVS units.

I beleive a full tvs 2300 for a 6.2 would be about $7500.
big saving with a whipple if you can get one at that price.
I know the flexfuel injectors are big enough for a tvs, hopefully same applies to whipple
The whipple kit comes with injectors, if you don't need them and you could go with a tuner kit,
probably save some more $$$. You would probably need to write your own tune with the tuner as well, or get Wheatley or Nelson to
do one for you
