Default F-body water pump in a truck?

I was wondering if anyone knows id a f-body water pump will fit on a truck motor? I know there was someone that used an electric Meziere with some slight modifications, would that be the same when swapping with an belt driven one?

I think you can do it if you change the water pump pulley.

The pully is just pressed on correct? Or could I just drill out the front outlet port location weld a fitting there and block off the top port.
