i have the low lift cam, with pushrods and valvesprings in a kit if you're interested. Put some rockers on it and have a killer setup!

I've got a custom high lift Comp 212 218 cam. It has the same lobes as their off the shelf cam, but its on a 114lsa instead of the normal 115. I believe its only a +2 advance instead of their default +4. Those changes make nice torque and a bit more power in the upper rpms. I'll sell it for $260 shipped.

Those are the specs. Comp recommended to me for my 6.0L. In fact, I think you bought it from Dewey after he bought the motor from me I bought it new, and he took it out of the motor before he even fired it. Is that the same cam?? Comp said it would work better in the heavy trucks for whatever reason than their off the shelf cam.

The cam BigTex offered is the one you want....and $260 is a great price....especially if it's the cam I think it is, which has very loooooow miles.
