Talking Twins and not what u'r thinking. hint TVS 3800.

Well this build was pretty special. took me almost 5 months to build, and wait on parts. Hope yall enjoy as much as I did building this.
Some will ask why?
the answer is Becuase.

We used dual 1900 superchargers 8rib 3" pulleys,
ATI 8 rib drive pulley at the crank.
Magnacharger got me 2 of these with the bypass controll valves on opposite sides. So free'd up the middle for the air box.
Intake is a billet piece with meth injection bar.
3/8npt for an air temp sensor, and dual 1/8 for boost ports.
intercooler 3.5" 3 / 3 in and out -10 fittings.
Custom fuel rails and rail brackets
Upper plenium is made up of 3/8,1/2, and 1/8 aluminum. It was bolted together then welded out.
Air inlet and rear plenium are modular so they can be expanded if room allows.
Front drive mounting plate is 1/2 aluminum. Tentioner is an off the shelf part I modified to expect ATI's idler pulley.

Rear blower inlet area

Billet intake

Lots more intake material. also billets for main blower idler.

18+lbs ligher. lol

8rib - 1/2 main plate - dual belt system Blower belt is wrapped onto other side of idler pulley to help any loading on the water pump shaft.

Spring loaded tentioner
Main idler,
you can see there also a provision for another idler on the main bracket. We did not need it in the end, but its there.

Altenator relocation bracket. had to swing the altenator over to clear the top air box and blower.
