Going .30 over with flat tops, 243 heads, tooley dual spring kit with titanium retainers (because I got a great deal) speed enginerring long tubes no cats truck has 3.73 gears now and I will upgrade to 4.30 at some point and am open to new torque converter, I want truck to be fast overall I will probably tow maybe 6k in future torn between these two cams. Input is greatly appreciated

BTR truck stage 3.. Specs are 218/224 .553/.553 113+3

BTR truck stage 2..

either would work great. I'd probably go with the 212/218 but bring the LSA down to shift the power lower. 4x4 HD is not a light truck to push around. the 212/218 is known to be a stump puller in the 6.0.

While I agree with Stew, the stage 3 isnt exactly a huge cam either. A 218 lobe on a 110 ICL should have plenty of pop.

The stage 3 will be faster, but the stage 2 will make a little more steam at part throttle down low and towing.

I've got a 216/224 in my 372. It's on a 114 LSA and the ICL is 110.

It chops a little and pulls really really good off idle.

Yeah 110 LSA in something that tows is awesome. In a 6.0 I would so go as big as a Texas Speed 220/220 with a 110 LSA. By as low as 2,500 rpms you'd surpass the torque of the stock 6.0 cam.

It's in 2006 ECSB 2wd. I have 410s and a loose Circle D 3200 stall.
