I guess it's hard to just say do this and do that for tunes but "suggestions" are what could be given I guess.
For the transmission, I never really adjusted line pressure a whole lot, maybe 5-10% if that. But I went with quicker shifts instead. I lowered the shift times by 25-30% atleast to make it feel better. I've only done the basic stuff for now as I got to read alot more on the 6L80 and 6L90e before I go further.
Reducing torque mngt does help some but I wouldnt remove all of it.
A wideband would be very helpful is dialing in PE settings and fueling but for the most part you can tweak it pretty good without one. They do run pretty rich from the factory, somewhere in the low 11's for AFR. You can raise that up around 12-12.5ish commanded but always watching for knock. And the burst knock table is pretty sensative and same with the knock sensor table itself, they can be tweaked some aswell.
I also like to change the point at which it can enter Performance enrichment. Most have a map KPA and RPM delay they need to meet aswell as the throttle %. I'll keep the MAP KPA stock but lower the delay to 2,000 rpm and 60% throttle instead of 90%.
