Default 8.1 suggestion's.....
I've got a 2500 avalanche with a 8.1. I've had the truck for a few years,
But I'm thinking of doing some mods.
Maybe do a cam swap, headers and a tune.
Any suggestions on cam specs?

I got the zz502 camshaft in mine but it involves some coil wiring swap, raylar is your best bet for parts, you will also need valve springs. the intake limits the output to 500 horse.

Is the zz502 a raylar cam? Not sure what you mean with coil wiring swap?
Change firing order?? Who makes a good intake?

raylar intake and i haven't seen anyone running the arizona speed marine one. zz502 camshaft is a gm cam. but yes the camshaft has a different firing order
