Default 8.1L Meltdown need some help?

This the second time #5 cyl got hot and melted the piston on the spray. The first time was on the stock long block. Now I have different heads, cam, intake, and injectors with forged pistons. I'm running a 200hp shot and had no more than 20deg of timing. The header is not discolored and I was running TR6 plugs all but #7 plug look great. #7 electrode is bent to one side like the piston hit it or got hot. It also sound like a rod bearing spun. Any help will be appreciated? I'm pulling the engine tonight and I'll post some pics tomorrow.
It really sucks that I have only 4000 miles on this engine.

Did you check the actual deck height on each individual cylinder? Maybe, just maybe there was some type of mix-up, and you got one wrong rod, or piston.

I would say it was detonation. I'll let my engine guy make the final analysis.

That looks familiar. That sucks. Hope you figure out the cause so it doesn't happen again.
