This isn't performance minded but a pretty good suspension upgrade over any regular 2500/3500 is the front bumpstops from the Z71 HD's from 08.5+.
You can get a pair for just over $50 online and made my truck so much more stable on the road and off. It definitely reduced the harshness of every bump I drive along (up here in the Arctic, there aren't many paved roads) and reduced some of the body roll I was getting.
I'm sure a set of Bilstein shocks would help too, I'm gonna jump into the 5160 models with the remote reservoir.

Thanks for all the advice guys. Good news after a firm *** kicking the truck gave us we got everything sorted. Changed control arms and two front struts. Changed the sway bar links on the front. changed oil with recommended Rotella T 15w40 and fram tough guard oil filter.
Truck batteries were shot and i purchased new ones but dash still was not lighting up. We went to the fuse box under the hood and realized a lot of fuses were pulled. It appears as if someone wanted to buy this truck and figured it would turn away other buyers when it did not start. I am super happy the thing sounds sweet and engine runs fine. I just need a drive shaft and im good to go.
