Default AWESOME: RCSB Sierra DMAX

Just saw this video:
. Not the best video, but always thought a lowered, regular cab duramax would be awesome, especially if it was a short bed! Trying to get some more info on the truck. Anyone else seen any rcsb duramaxes?

That looks like Lennart's truck. He is in Germany. He did a very in detailed write up on the short bed conversion over at duramax diesels dot com. He even made it a PDF file. Look up his user name over there. I think the thread is called "the short cut" or something like that.

A few guys up here have done the same thing, Ford, GM or Dodge. One guy in particular actually did the swap into a half ton regular cab short bed versus shortening a long box reg cab 2500. Added a 9.5" 14 bolt from a Vortec Max and that was about it, lol.

How much does that one weigh being that it's been shortened as opposed to having that drivetrain swapped into a 1500?

That thing is bad ***. Spoolin I would still bet that truck weights about 5400..
