drilled and slotteds work fine. They stop better due to degassing and reduce stopping distance they are worth it if you dont have the 3g per set and tires and wheels for wilwood big brakes

Modern brakes on consumer vehicles do not degas. Period. 10-15 years ago, sure, alot did. All drilling and slotting does is remove important iron that helps dissipate heat to help brake better. Quality pads with quality blank rotors (no holes or slots) is the best solution for a modern day car and truck. I've always stuck with OEM for a good balance of low noise, low dust and decent stopping power.
