If you want some top notch eyes on this cam selection question join LS1TECH forums and ask in the GEN3 engine section. Post the BTR specs and the factory cam specs then ask what kind of gains doing this swap will achieve. I'll stay out because you already know my opinion.

Not many on here would run a cam that small in a 6.0 so you probably aren't going to find any first hand experience on this site, although you should pick up power across the board, the gains will be mild as that's really not much more duration than your stock cam (196/201).
I've ran a TSP 212/218 and I currently have the summit Stage 1 209/217 in my 6.0 now (from the driver seat neither cam lost any low end power). From my experience the summit cam is perfect for a 6.0 in a big heavy truck, so just keep in mind you could go slightly bigger and still get the same low end as that BTR cam with better performance in the upper RPM range as well

I put the next cam up, stage 2 low lift cam and wish I would have went a tad bigger in my H2. It pulls like a freight train but I can tell there's more in it and I don't push it past 5500- 5800 rpms either.
