Default Innovators west 8 rib setup on an 8.1L

I bought a set of pulley's from a member that i plan to install on my truck. I am fairly certain everything is the same for the 8.1L as far as pulley's go. I have seen a lot of discusion about the crank bolt and what will and will not work. What do i need to buy as far as a crank bolt is concerned so I can get it put on correctly? And any other helpful tips or advise you may have.

Is the bolt that comes with the kit re-usable? How do these get pinned? I see there is a key-way in the dampner, does that get used?

The Keyway in the Dampner is in case you have a keyway cut in your crank. Otherwise you'd have to pin it. The Innovator's West piece takes a special bolt, and spacer. You'll probably have to get it directly from them.

I just talked to the guy I am buying it from and he is sending the bolt and spacer with the pulley's. He said its re-usable, and I think I saw on thier site it was re-usable.....so thats cool. Can I use a magnacharger pin kit on the IW pulley?

you have to use a pinning kit specific to the IW crank pulley because it is so thick. the drill bit is way longer and the drill guide is different. i can post a pic of it tomorrow if you would like.

Nevermind, I found the kit on IW's site and ordered it up. I just hope that the pulleys will fit the 8.1L accessories and crank...LOL. I figure the PS pulley, alt pulley, idler, and tensioner should be fine....I am sweating the crank pulley though, even though it looks very similar to the small block stuff.
