I have the MBRP 4" 409SS Catback with Cat delete front pipe. I sounds alot like the Magnaflow exhaust I had on my '03 Z-71. In the cab isn't very loud, growls when you get on it and you can really hear the turbo. Outside you hear a rumble like a big block gasser but at the tailpipe it sounds kinda like a hiss for lack of a better term. I bought mine from Kennedy Diesel a supporting vendor at thedieselplace.com. It was an easy install too. I didn't notice any loss in power or torque with the loss of the kitty.

No Comparison IMO, Banks is way overpriced for what you get. My bud bought a banks and ended up buying a Cat Delete pipe and Muff Delete from MBRP, should have bought an MBRP in the First place. The monster Exhaust is a rip off.Speaking from experience the only Diesel perf, products i heard of was Banks, but now im some what educated (thanks to thedieselplace.com) and there are a lot better systems that are equal to or better than the banks IMO.
