I have no idea. I don't think we even took them out of the smoker.

How about a big bowl of pozole? Missing in the pic is habanero sauce "El Yucateco." A dash of that stuff adds great flavor.

Ok, not really smoking and my wife made it for dinner. ☺️ But she used a hunk of them pork shoulders they put on sale.

After dinner I replaced one of the window regulator gizmos on my truck. Took about 35 minutes. Not too bad of a job.

Today I drove the 99 Silverado. Went bike riding on the Trinity River Trail. Round trip from near Lone Star Park to near Margaret B Hunt Bridge. Close to 25 miles! Yikes. I had only done half of that previously.

Anyways, got home and now grilling some drumsticks. Wife is making beans, potato salad, guacamole, and of course, fire roasted salsa verde with corn tortillas. 😋

Bon appetit! Muy buen provecho! I don't know how to say this in English... Happy Eating? 🤷

Barbacoa Sunday returns!

Made like 17 lbs today. After 5 hours I had wife tasted sample and she gave me the 👍👍, so I pulled it. We had guests and they seemed to like it too. ☺️
