LOL yah I remember that.... yah the 4l60E trans was on its last breath then, but thats what happens when you install a supercharger and keep the stock trans. It has a built TH400 now..... Im gona order the parts to finish the truck tommorow then its up to speed inc to tune it... Another couple weeks and shell be done and then Ill take a trip out to strats. Good to know some PT.net people live in the area
yeah well there not alot of trucks that go up there beside diesel trucks.. hey 06chevy5.3 i think i raced you off a stop light in elmhurst before and you had a blown trans.. people just come up there i have the only red 04 short bed 1500. strats gets really packed on weekend its hard to find parking.

I'm in westmont, but I'm normally in my supercharged cavalier. If your planning on heading out to byron or gld post up or pm me as I'm curious what it will do at the track with the charger on it now.
My project truck won't be done this year, I'm taking my time trying to run into deals on parts for the drivetrain swap in the dakota plus hours have been cut at work so that throws a wrench into things as well.
