today i had some progress i diconnected the pcm and no more problems i let the truck run for an hour and i couldnt get it to act up my pcm isnt tuned yet it has the vats removed only do yall think it needs a tune

OK I INSTALLED the data link connector and i got theses 2 codes p0200 injector circuit open and p0300 random misfire but were do i start now if iv already gone through every thing

The ground wire on #8 injector needs attention. It will be only in the wiring IMO. Check ALL your grounds even though you have gone through them already. Continuity test that ground wire leading from #8 injector all the way to the PCM. I'll bet you will find your problem within that circuit.
