Looking to replace the dash in my sons 83 shortwide. Bought one of the genuine gm restoration dashes years ago. It looked good until I went to install it. Fit was terrible and it had to be dyed. Who makes the best replacements? Thanks...

 

Wher did u get? I got a 84 an plan on doin the interior begging nxt yr. Though about one from lmc

 

I don't remember where I got it but it fit like crap. Lmc has some good parts but its hard to tell what ur going to get from looking at their catalog. I'm hoping someone will post up who's got the best quality. I found some in color from dashes direct but I'm not spending a few hundred bucks without knowing the quality first.

 

Are you looking for a new dash pad or the entire dash? I have a real nice entire dash I pulled out of an 83 that I'm looking to get rid of.
