I dont really post up much on this site so I thought I would share my '97 C 1500
She sports some 380,000 miles now. Kept the Vortec mill just because. Its now a 383 with Edlebrock intake comp cam/valve train, still rolls with the 4L60E (a lot of sonnax parts) MSD controller and 10 bolt with 4.11s and girdle. Tuned up at 377 RWH. Fabricated upper & lower control arms, lowered springs, Bilstein, Hellwig sway bars, Moog steering comp with AGR quick steer box fabricated shaft. Relocated batty removed A/C & other weight reduction. Autometer gage cluster, leather buckets and custom console. Lowered springs/shackles in rear with Street Perf shocks. 15 gal Aeromotive fuel cell/pump and lines. Disc brake conversion with new lines/MS/valving etc.. My receipt shoe box is overflowing - lol.

Its not my daily driver. I guess the filler would be a PIA if I was getting into it that often? Maybe some filler options and re-locating or fabing a door/neck
