Exclamation Help! No Brake Pressure!

Here's the deal, the pedal goes straight to the floor with no stopping power.

Here's what we have done-

The rear cylinder was leaking on the driver's side rear drum, so we went ahead and changed out both drum cylinder's, boots, and cleaned everything up.

Still no brake pressure, so we bought a master cylinder, (Forgot to bench bleed, however we got most of the air by the pump method with everything connected.)

Still no brake pressure, We did not adjust the push rod, (nor took the dust cover when we replaced the master cylinder)-(in the brake booster) which I think may be the problem.. Except how would I go about doing that? I know I'm going to have to remove the master cylinder again to get to it, but how exactly do I adjust the push rod and what length should it be at before we put the master cylinder back on? I have to drive to Baltimore Monday so I need help ASAP, Because my 95 has only two gears at the moment, and I NEED my 72 running so I have something to drive.

Any Help is greatly appreciated.

Details about my truck in my signature. (Not in the signature- Front disc rear drums)

No we've bleed the brakes more then once and during the first bleed was the only time it squirted out air, the 2 other times has soaked the floor with brake fluid, so I'm almost positive that is not the problem.

i didnt bench bleed my master cylinder when i did the hydroboost swap and it took forever to get all the air out. let it sit for a few hours and go start pumping the brake pedal.
It took me a couple hours to get all the air bubbles out. then all of a sudden it worked.

I was getting straight fluid out of each caliper, then every now and again it would have a small bit of air come out. most of it you could see bubbles rising in the reservoir

Well I just took the master out so I'll bench bleed it now or try to at any rate, maybe that will solve the problem. You don't think I have to adjust the push rod then?

Apparently it is, but I have no idea how to adjust the damn thing. I gotta rig up a vice so I bleed it and I need some hose line lol to many needs not enough time.

Bench bleed it best you can, install it on the truck, fill it up, and crack all 4 bleeders. Let it gravity bleed for a while, make sure the master stays full of fluid. This has worked well for me in the past.
Good Luck!
