Newbie here with some questions

Man I don't know what to tell ya. Take the water pump off and run a pressure washer wand in each side of the water pump inlet/outlet. Is the coil still in the lower radiator hose? Is any hose colapsing?

how is it oveheating. Is it overheating while your at an idle, or driving, or under a load driving? If its overheating at an idle pretty quickly and youve flushed it, got a good rad, and did the thermostat and pump then id say you have exhaust super heating your coolant. Cracked head or blown head gasket. Start the truck cold, pop the radiator cap, and let it idle and look for bubbles

I haven't driven it. Only watched it at idle. I'll look at it saturday and see if theres any bubbles. Thanks for your guys help. I've done all I could think of and wanted to knock out all options hoping it wasn't really bad news. but like you guys say its gotta be bad. new water pump, stat, hoses, radiator, lol not looking good. I'll look for bubbles and do a compression test as well. I'm still hoping its minor

The coil is still in the bottom hose. changed water pump and thermostat today. I hooked up the temp guage and it stayed at a little below 210 all day long. Was fine until I shut the truck off and it boiled over.........

Is it coming out the over flow hose? Do you have an expansion tank?
#18
overflow expansion..same diff. Have you changed the radiator cap? If they get old they get weak and pressure could be overcoming the spring. Don't know man, grasping for straws....

It's fixed! for now anyways lol. I took the cap off and looked the neck was out of shape more oval then round. I used a hammer and punch and got it almost perfect....... I also swapped the clutch fan.
The clutch fan had no pressure. I took it off and I could spin it by hand.
Should it have pressure while cold? or only hot?
