557hp, 1038tq Diesel only, single turbo
Biggest dyno pull here to date! 04.5 Cummins, DDP 90hp injectors, HTT HTB2-64 turbo, AFE Stage 2, Edge Juice with attitude on stage 5, Bully Dog Crazy Larry download, and though 4" exhaust!
557HP@2833/99.2mph, 1038tq2833/99.2mph w/ WCF of 1.0338
543HP, 1012TQ no WCF
This was with a stock lift pump and through the factory cat.
Stage 4 on the Juice yeilded about 30 hp less with the Crazy Larry. Crazy larry only made about 430HP, Juice only made about 402HP, no fueling boxes made 377HP..
EGTs were running about 1490*F with 41 psi of boost

That is very nice for an 04.5 without upgraded fuel supply system. We have a local guy with a 96-98 24v with p pump making about 1000hp and 1500-1800ftlbs and it runs 12.8 at 105mph in fourwheeldrive and launches at 31psi and burns all four. It is a ecsb 4x4 1ton lifted on offroad tires.

Something aint right there if he's making 1000hp and only trapping 105mph.. Hell i was doing 108 in the 1/4 with only 598 HP in 4WD. Teach that boy how to drive!

Lifted and the gearing may not be compensated but yes it should run low 11's...

After about a week of this combo, he is averaging 18-19 mpg (roughly 70% highway, 30% city), with the Edge Juice on level 2 constantly..
We're planning water/meth injection in a few weeks and then a WVO system for running veggy oil. Plans are 600 rwhp for less than $0.70 a gallon! or $0.03 a mile!
Who wouldnt want a diesel?

Diesel is the way to go for sure. We have an 03 shop truck here, which is a dually, 4wd, crew cab...etc. We have the TST box, 4" MBRP, DDP injectors, K&N cone filter, and one of our custom 62mm turbos. We made 598rwhp/1280rwtq @57psi. We now have meth and nitrous on it, and we are going to change our turbo to a 68 dual BB unit for testing. We hope to 700+ on diesel and alot more with bottle assistance.
