My RCSB hemi went 13.3@102 in 1900'DA, DAC time was around 13.05. Since then I've had P/P heads, extra compression, and drag radials, so I should go well in the 12's the next time at the track.
There's finally becoming an aftermarket for the hemis. There's really no reason you can't run 13's with less than a grand in mods..

What are your mods for that listed run?
I managed to run 13.90s with only the mods in my sig on street tires w/ some weight redux and a battery relocation ( which did nothing for me at all w/ the street tires ) 4670 raceweight and -500 DA for that run

Hedman longtube headers with fiberglass exhaust wrap, dual 2 1/2" exhaust cutouts, custom y-pipe with feeding into moroso spiral flow race muffler with side exit exhaust, removed cats, AFE CAI, Superchips flashpaq, Comp 268 cam, 6.1 exhaust springs, 10.1:1 compression ratio(9.6:1 is stock), ported and polished heads, 180 t-stat, AEM wideband A/F gauge, PSC1-003 piggyback tuner, NGK plugs, Auburn gear LSD, synthetic oils, other undisclosed mods...
I just copied my mod list from another site. The 13.3 run was with the above mods but without 180t-stat, exhaust wrap, extra compression, and ported heads. Race weight of 4780 lbs.

We know.LOL
I can only imagine how much you would brag if it was your truck.
His times are not better than average when you consider what he has done. He pulled a assload of weight out, and had a good DA. His truck is probaly lighter than most peoples RC's. Helpilot's Q-cab went 13.8 in full weight with a tonneau cover on in 1900' DA with a 6.1 cam, no tune, and a 2.05 60'. Just for instance if you pulled some weight out of his truck, ran in good weather, and could get a better 60' he would be right there with Viper1.

I guess it'll depend on who comes out first with one. SCT has one for '96 to '02 trucks. The hemi isn't fully supported yet. I'm guessing they'll be out about the time that Diablo has theirs. I'm ready for it though, I'm ready to tune some hemi's!
