well how about this we checked it out today drive side has a burn in the plug wire (accel wires they sag kinda low ) one had burned on the manifold . but theres no problem coming rom the drive side , the passenger side is the one making the noise . and the coil; is mounted there . so he's bout to do new plugs , new wires , and a msd coil if they make one .

also how come you dont ever hear about eletric fan swaps on rams . would it be a good seat of the pants gain .

I've heard of e-fan swaps on Rams, got one myself, and I think it's worth while.

Yes, you will get a big SOTP gain, be sure to do get a big fan though to cool the 5.9 (I say this while still running the crappy clutcher, lol).

Yeah, I think a tuneup may just sold all his problems. The way the engine fires it may be the burnt wire causing the issue for sure.

so whats the best mods on the old 318 360's to do . he has intake , no cat and magnaflow exhuast , 180 thermo . his tranny needs a rebuild and a good stall and some 4.10's in the rear . we couldnt find any long tubes for it just mids . also after doing that stuff whats next . any good pcms , would heads be the next thing ? is there under pulleys .

There are underdrive pulleys for the 5.2/5.9. The gear swap will help out ALOT . Hooker headers makes headers for the 5.2 I believe. Does he have a M1 intake?

no he has a volant cap off my old tbi with a cone filter screwed on it . he did have a4 inch pipe ran off it to the cone but he recenty installed train horns where the filter sat so he took it off .
