Default 5.7l hemi cam ptv clearance?

project is a 5.7l hemi stroker. question is about piston to valve clearance. the piston will be a wiseco with a 12cc dome. it has a .125" deep relief on the intake side and a .075" deep relief on the exhaust. the cam in question is a 230/234 593/597 on a 110+4. i think the clearance will be fine but we are not certain. what do you guys think?
