Might try dodgetalk forums. This site is 99.99% GM oriented.

Check with Sam (sawcut64) on dodgetalk. He's in Arlington.
or PM me and I'll send you his email and phone number.

He's done tons of cam installs on th 3rd gen hemi and He also does some of the installs for Inertia Motorsports.

Here is some cams, the 4th gen stuff is code named "eagle"

I emailed intertia, and they want bunch of $$ for the install! And they said there really isn't much lope, but if i do a cut out and when it is open shouldn't there be at least some lope?

Check with Sam, it's probably cheaper for him to do up here.

Don't know on the lope. lope and performance are 2 different things and I'm not that familiar with the cams for the 4th gens.

Exhaust can make a big difference, my 3rd gen with full exhaust it's not obvious it's cammed at all, slightly more obvious with a single cutout, real obvious with dual cutouts.
even then to me it's more choppy than lopey.

Here's a vid that might you and idea of how exhaust impacts it,
comparing full exhaust to single open cutout to dual dumps,
and you are correct it makes a big difference it just how lumpy it sounds
(these are with superchps tuning which has very tame and stable idle)

Here is another one with single open cutout

With the cutout you'd have a hard time really hearing a cam at all.

Hey I do all the Texas installs for Inertia Motorsports, if you want to shoot up to Arlington I can get the cam installed. I would think the Spartan Eagle would have a decent lope, and yes with an open exhaust you'll "hear" the cam more then a quiet one.
