Soak the bolts in PB blaster a few times, especially overnight, to help the bolts come off without breaking. You will likely need a friend to lend a hand, it will make it ten times easier. Not hard, just awkward and frustrating at times (if you didn't have a lift to use like me). Take your time, should take 5-6 hours, maybe 4 if you hurry.

Do a search on this forum and Gm fullsize, you should turn up a couple of install threads. If you run into a problem, post up here and someone will help you out.

Best of luck!

Access to a lift would help a ton. Make sure and remove both the front wheelwell liners and rims/tires and you actually have plenty of room to work. Soaking the bolts helps, however I don't remember it being an issue. Don't use the paper Pacesetter gaskets that come with the headers, opt for the Mopar ones, superior quality no doubt. I know on mine my buddy and I had to cut the transmission dust cover for the passenger side header to clear, only about an inch or so. Covered it up with a piece of steel and some red RTV silicon to keep the dust out, lol. Its really not that hard to be honest. Keep us posted and good luck. Once you get the headers on the y-pipe is a piece of cake, just clamp it in place and plug in your upstream/downstream o2 sensors, head over to your favorite exhaust shop and get it all buttoned up!
