E-mail hemidup or send him a PM, he has a few in with him that have done some experimenting with the 6.1 intake on the trucks. There is two complete 6.1s on e-bay right now for like $8500+.

Easy Rumble Bee Ram.. This is my friend, i live right beside him. He is my buddy that helps me with my truck while im out of town.
He likes the GMs, but he works at Dodge and we are just learning some stuff about the HEMIs. No hard feelings.

But i think his dad would kill him if he started pulling the motor out of the truck.

He has a El Camino that he is fixin up but money is tight. So in the mean time why not learn about his DD?

i heard from a guy i trust.. i think first quarter 07. i hope he was right. after that we should be on a fairly even playing field with the chevy and ford guys (monster cams ect.) except we still get screwed in the amount of mods available and the cost of such mods. but hey, its a dodge... different, aka, unique

Thanks for the back-up Rum. Bee, been away from the computer a few days couldn't check-in to see what Nonnie was posting about my slow truck. I was just trying to get an idea on some good mods before i get to many miles on the ole Hemi. I can check on some prices for a 6.1 intake for anyone that wants one. i think i'm gonna try the e-fan off a srt10 to start. got a magnaflow, well its on my back seat. i really want to get my hands on that 6.1 in the shop. glad to here about the tunes. might have to show nonnie what the hemi can do if if comes out soon. oh and hemidup thanks for the info im not sure about the 6.1 yet, dodge was supose to come get it.

oh and you wouldn't think i'd let any gm guy talk all that noise ha jk non. and my dad would kill me.
