Amsoil Rear end change
You hear so much more about the negative things...
I just have to post up this one good thing..
While changing the rear end oil I was very pleased to note the contact pattern was perfect, there was NO metal in the oil where the magnet is located. There was a little black very fine coating on the magnet that I wiped out. The oil still looked brand new that came out of it.... To be honest it appears to be a synthetic as well....
My only concern was that 4.9 pints was called for but I could only get 4.25 pints in... now I know that 4.9 pints is probably a dry spec but I really thought that it would take more...
