this is the second time i've had this truck at the track. The first time was june of last year and it went a best of 12.82 @ 105.83 w/1.92 60ft. Since then i've changed from a 3.2 pulley to a 2.8, lowerd the front by cutting a coil on each side, lowered the rear w/shackles and hangers, added cal-tracs and rebuilt the trans with all the good stuff including a converter change. I'm now running a yank 3000 sc from a yank 3200 sst. I made five passes yesterday:
1. 11.97 @ 114.21 w/1.79 60ft
2. 11.87 @ 114.83 w/1.7786 60ft
3. 13.08 @ 115.74 w/3.10 60ft rolled the beams. Also picked up mph after removing tailgate.
4. 11.91 @ 115.24 w/1.84 60ft
5. 11.76 @ 114.88 w/1.7702 60ft:d
i still have a lot to learn about driving at the track. I feel like i learned a good bit this time out. There's still more left in the suspension and the tune. I'll be working on that. I would like to thank ben for the pointers and helping me get lined up in the groove. I love this crap. It's some of the most fun i've had in a while.

Yeah it's the 112. Stock 316 w/918's. The cam is a problem and I get a lot of crap about it. It was originally a nitrous setup. One friend of mine had the truck and another bought it and put the 112 on. Then I bought it. The cam is a 226/232 .603/.609 111*. It's only making 7 to 8lbs boost with a 2.8 pulley. I know changing to a blower friendly cam would make a big difference. It's running pretty decent now and I know it has more in it with the same cam. I might order one of those 2.6" pulleys and try it before I even consider messing with the cam. The pulley is a lot cheaper anyways.
