Bad *** just curious what did you do differently to make the truck pick up 5 mph on that 10.8 run? That thing is moving out!!!!

Thanks guys, truck actually went 126.7 mph last week when I drove it home to Ohio from South Carolina to see famiy. Only made one pass at 17psi boost, spun a little though so didn't get a npb. The truck seems to pick up mph revving higher. The 122 passes was 6k shifts, the new 126 mph pass was shifting at 6.5.

4mph is a nice gain from just changing your shift points.
Have you tried goin any higher?

Well I'm still running ls6 springs, between their light spring pressure and my stock
Heavy valves/ stock timing chain with 96k miles and not mention stock rod bolts... Lol see what I'm getting at? Haha still had to make the 650 miles drive home!

Honestly I'm backing off a bit, I been boat shopping and have to be real with myself about where the truck is power wise. It puts a smile on my face every time I hit it still, so why not chill back and enjoy it. It's been a lot of fun, a lot, but next is a built motor and likely a new rearend. So what 3-5k for maybe a deep 10 second truck? Honestly Im just not to that point, maybe later on but for now I'm very happy.

Congrats man! I agree with you on just enjoying it where it's at for now. It's good to practice some self-control, instead of getting greedy and wind up wasting a lot of time and money fixing things that shouldn't have been broken.
