I was thinking about my run and I wanted to tell you guy's more about it.it was a 2000 white lightning built by Jojnny Lightning W/800rwhp&100 nos shot.I ask him to run not knowing what it was and he said sure.he ask me what I had and I told him and right then they called us out so I didn't ask his mods.I did my burnout and then I purged my nos.then I looked over to see if he was ready and he purged his bottle.I thought to my self I'm in trouble,rollcage-nos&slicks this guy is going to light-ning me up.lol anyway the lights come down and I get a 0.64rt and I'm gone.about the time I shift 2nd I look to see where he's at and it's about 10 trucks.I'm just about to cross the stripe and I look again and it's about 5 trucks.I get my slip and as I posted 11.11@118 w/1.49 60' to his .700rt 11.20@125 w/1.79 60' he later told me his setup and how he spun real bad on motor and about halfway through first his nos kicks in and keeps it spinning.when he got his truck under motion it started to make some time.on his next pass he purged it and the rpm's went up on it's own and stalled and wouldn't start.I'm not sure what happend I never seen that before.I wish we would have been tighter on the tree so it would have looked better for the stands.haha
