I believe IDC is calculated from injector pulse width and RPM. Granted your IPW is driven buy VE or Maf depending what you run. You need to get some timing in it and get your boost in check. Timing is not based on VE, it's based on Rpm and airfow ( forget what it's called)

I am no turbo expert but I bet at those boost levels and negative timing your EGT's were crazy high.
