370...408 is most likely gonna be stroked (unless you go with an LSX block) so it's gonna be an oil burner and ur gonna have to be rebuilt at around 40K miles due to wear.

That much work why not stroke it?You seem like the type that wont hang onto it for 40K miles,you will have moved onto something else within a year or so.
