Default 13's, bitches!

Finally, after all this time and effort, i got my 13's. Was a great night for draggin too. I think its got a little left in her. This is full weight.....step bars, back seat, spare tire, tailgate.....just like she would be on the street. Remove that stuff and a 13.8X maybe a 13.79. It was very consistant tonight with all my runs within 1 tenth of a second. Intercooler made a huge difference on the top end...i was getting some sucky 60' times (1.98, 1.99, etc) and still pulling off 14.00 E.T.'s. All my runs had me spinnin in 4hi a little, maybe track prep was bad or somethin, not sure. The last run i didnt stall it up as high and it yeilded my best E.T. of 13.94 @ 95mph. I would like my 13 second truck club badge now please.....

Thanks guys! Yea, not bad for a 7000lb+ truck. Allison is rock solid, no problems so far and is still stock other than a few programming changes. She should hold with no problems with the power i have going through it. Concensus is about 720lb/ft of engine torque is about the cut off for the stock Allison. Course everyone has a different opinion, but so far its doing great!

Wow, i have close to 800 ftlbs going to the rear and my Allie is hangin tough! I think i might do a transgo Jr kit if i get a more powerful tuner for some insurance. This tranny is WAY better than ANY 60/80E !!
