13's for the rcsb 00" 5.3
Went to the track last night and the ol 00"rcsb stepside managed to hit the 13's.
It's a bolt on 5.3l with some 4.10 gears.
pass was made at full street weight. could have pulled 230lbs but didn't feel like it.
it was also soso weather very humid but coolish...
the track prep was very very bad...coudn't get it to hook on any of the passes and the 1-2 sent the truck partial sideways every run.
anyway the pass went like this......
rt- .202
60- 2.088
330- 5.857
1/8- 8.967
mph- 79.07
1000-11.670
1/4- 13.959
mph- 98.41
i think on a better weather/track prep night and removing the extra weight a 13.6-13.7 would be possible....but we shall see.

No, Lance,Ross and myself were at the track for midnigt madness bu the track prep was really really bad. I think Lance had a best of 12.0 on the spray spinning really badly.
Just to tel ya how bad the prep was my truck spun a decent bit off the line and was getting sideways on the 1-2 shift.
Not to mention the weather was not very good ethier.
It was real humid and the temp was only soso.
On a good weather night with some actual track prep times would have been alo better.
I think on a good night and if i removed the 230lbs worth of crap in my truck she would run a 13.6-13.7 no problem.
Which i think is fairly good for a rcsb with bolt ons and 4.10 gears and thats it.
Mods are CAI,LT'S,ORY,E-CUTOUT,UD PULLEY,OD ALT PULLEY,4.10'S,e-fans and shift kit.

I think we coulda got 13.7 out of it that night if we would have dropped the pressure some and it would have hooked. Its still a damn strong truck for bolt-ons!
