mark just get the slicks im using it'd be perfect for your truck since you have more hp up top im sure you could maybe hit 100mph just by changing to a tire that you can floor it out of the hole..
i'm using the hoosier quick time pro 28x11.50x16's they are actually only 10.5" contact patch and 11.50 from sidewall to sidewall

Wow, those times and mph(especially) are crazy for just a few mods. I had to put a blower on my truck to get that type of mph.

Work on that 60' and you probably have mid 13's in it.

Yea I guess i'll get me some slicks....My brakes are pretty big in the back I'll have to see if the 16x10 wheels I have will clear. If they do I was thinking 28x10x16 QTPro's...

That tire will be almost 4'' shorter, should help me decide which way I wanna go with the rear gear....

Well fellas going back to the track tomorrow! It's gonna be 15-20 degrees cooler than the 1st time I ran her. I'm gonna try getting that 60' down in the 2.0's with these puny 18's.... She really feels strong today in this cool weather...

Well the Titan was really good to me until I put the blower on it. I ran 14.07@95.38 NA w/headers,tune, intake, exhaust on 20's. Met a bunch of good peeps through the Titan community also. I never made to the track with the blower. Ran a 13.2 on G-tech, but you know how those things can be. I couldn't keep a tranny working long enough to make to to the track and get some real times. Kept burnin dem' trannies up like toast!

This Denali did cost me 10 grand more than my Titan, but it's really nice to have more aftermarket support and some better gas milage with this 6spd. HPTuners is really sweet and fun to learn. I never would of had anything I could mess with like that in the near future with the Nissan. Since I'm 2wd I already have access to things like ring and pininon gears for my 9.5'' including a detriot/eaton trutrac. My Titan was a one wheel peel wonder for years until Detroit finally made a trutrac...

My goal for this truck was to have it running 13's and still be under warranty. That's assuming I can reload the stock tune for warranty work. I already met my goal. I don't think I can do much more than run intake and catback in regards to warranty right? This is a new engine/tranny combo it would be nice to have dealer support if anything breaks or bugs pop up. I don't want to give them any reason to deny me service on a 42,600 MSRP truck. After putting the blower on my Titan I thought be a huge lesson about going that extreme on a daily driver. It really effected my life when my only means of transportation would keep going down. I will get me a dedicated project car/truck a few years down the road...Something I can actually laugh at when I smoke parts....
