Default 1st time out with the TBSS

Well I took the TBSS out last night for Midnite Madness.

It has a Volant CAI, and that's it.

Well the track prep blew ***. I spun each time and especially on the 3rd run, which is kind of strange since the MPH was so low.

I ran 3 times;

1st run: TCS and stabilitrak off
60'.....2.1230
1/8.....9.1668
1/8 MPH....78.67
1/4.....14.1497
1/4 MPH.....97.82

2nd run: TCS and stabilitrak on
60'.....2.0851
1/8.....9.1410
1/8 MPH....78.53
1/4.....14.1320
1/4 MPH....98.04

3rd run: TCS and stabilitrak off
60'.....2.1583
1/8.....9.4940
1/8 MPH....75.37
1/4.....14.6292
1/4 MPH....95.30

I've got a few things on the workbench ready to go on. But I wanted a baseline first.

I was hoping for a high 13 but there was no way with the shitty track prep.

What is your da at that track? Also, what was the weather like? Is your TB all wheel drive? Reason why i'm asking is that we just baselined my cousin's TBSS and it's a two wheel the weather was about 65 degrees and humidity was about 80 percent and our track is probably 20 feet above sea level and he went 13.7 back to back bone stock no mods.

I hope so. I was disappointed. I may try one more time this weekend just to see if it can hook better and catch a cooler night. The MPH is there but no 13s for me yet with the TB.

lol, I thought hard back and forth with the AWD vs 2WD... I figured since the truck is AWD I'd just grab a 2WD to have also.
