Pretty sure they come with some internal engine work and it has a solid rear axle iirc. And the "loud" exhaust is stock too.

 

If I remember right the bos 302 2012 comes with cnc'd heads, bigger cams valve train to support high RPM

2012 mustang 5.0s are bad *** and Iv never been a big fan of ford

 

There's one here that runs low 12's at 114-115 on the stock tires. Zero mods.

It's getting 1 7/8 ARH headers right now. Borla cat back is on order, along with tubular control arms. I think DR's are in the works also.

I understand they have forged internals, and CNC ported heads from the factory. Redline is 7500 bone stock. It's begging for a tune and a 8000 rpm redline. It hits the rev limiter pretty quick.

wonder when chevy is gona bring out the 302, i would love to see the grand am series get back to its roots like it was in the late 60's early 70's.

 

Chevy isn't interested in Overhead cam V8's it appears...Dodge isn't either it seems and they are falling behind the 8 ball.
