I sure as hell hope chevy never makes an overhead cam motor, Looks at this motor, cnc'd heads that have crazy flow numbers stock already, aftermarket cams, forged internals just to withstand the 7500 to 8000 rpm that have to spin it to just to run hi 11s. pushrod motors ftw.

from what ive read the heads are cnc cams are way more agressive 2 mode exhaust like the Z06 (thats why its sounded like aftermarket echaust) 5 way adjustible suspension and something about it comes with a extra key (performance key) that enables a 2 step and more hp, the rods n pistons are forged, they said redline is 7500 but its still pullin very hard when it hits the limiter, motor is stable to 8400. Regardless its only a 302 n it flat out flies for what it is

i to wanna see a modded 5.0 rc truck.all i can say is that ive ran ford for years and theyve really raised the bar with these new motors

Looks like some Below 0' DA and a tail wind but still really impressive. They run mid 13's in Denver which is a full second quicker than the slomaro!

I still havent seen a single one of these new 5.0s run, I guess displacement does alot on a na motor so ill give then credit for that. It just seem agressive that they are built stock, like this ones heads flow mid 300s and have bigger cams, 11-1 cr, vary good exhaust... 8400 rpm!! Holy cow that dont leave much run for upgrades but i cant wait to see someone throw a big shot of nitrous at this thing. 10s with just juice and tires!

You miss the point. Even teh new 5.0 makes 412hp stock. With just intake, exhaust, tune they run 11.8 - 12.2 at the track.

No matter what anyone says that is movin out!

I get the point not ******* on them, its just when i see a car run good I could care less if its stock or not, its how the engine is built that makes the difference.
