Default 33" M/T et drag to 28" hoosier

Well I have taken the 33" mickeys off and mounted a set of 28 11.50 16 hoosier QTP's. I was wondering what kinda of ET gain I should be looking at this weekend. I ran 11.70 at 116 w/1.8 60ft with the 33's. Hoping for some low 11's to high 10's with a better 60' and higher trap speed. What do you guys think?

Yeah that was on the brake, but I still have the stock 3.42 gears so that was the big factor. I ran a 7.4 in the 1/8th at 94. I have been having fuel issues up top but finally got that worked out. Just curious what you guys thought.

Well it was a major improvement. I got a new best today
1.63 60'
7.116 1/8@96.8
11.179 1/4 @120.36

This is at 10#s
Hoosier 28/11.50 16 QTP's

Tires do make a difference.

That's a huge improvement! Congrats! How do you like the new Hoosiers? Did you have trouble hooking them? I'm looking into getting the same tires.

first run footbraking it I pulled a 1.76 60' and went 11.3 spinning through my 1 2 shift.
Second run I tried the transbrake w/2 step at 3200. Blew the tires of bad and just scratched that run
third run transbrake at about 2000 rpms hooked and went 11.2
fourth run transbrake w/2 step 2500 hooked and went 11.1

I was told to slow down so I just packed up and left.
I think I can get it into the tens as it sits, then I am going to turn up the boost.

This is on the Hotchkis TVS suspension, and qa1's all the way around.
