5300 to 4100 w/6.0
Hey guys, I just finished the swap on my 01 rcswb truck. The exsisting setup came out of my 07 nbs ex cab pu. 6.0 .590 lift with a 224/230 comp cam, Nitro Daves plate kit and a Yank 3200 pro converter. The truck weighed in at 5300 pounds with me in it, my best ET was a 7.50 @ 96 with a 200 shot in the pills. The suspension was taken a beating with the 1.76 short times. You should know that it has the L76 heads with the 90 MM throttle body that was ported.
I swapped all this stuff over into my "toy" truck and I hope, lots of hope......this will be enough weight frop to get this thing into the 10's. Time will tell, just finished the swap and will tune it tomorrow. Track time in the next week or so.
You think I am asking for to much wanting a 10 second 1/4 mile slip?

I took the crank out and changed the gear, 34 bucks at the dealer. Put some heat on it and slid it off and did the same to put the new one back on. I had intentions of going to the track this weekend but having some fuel issues with the presure. I put a areomotive regulator before the filter and cut the return line right at the hose and used push lock hose to run it back to the tank. The presure is moving around roughly 15 pounds. I am going to drop the tank tomorrow and see if theres a restiction in line at the tank.
