Finally got a chance to get back to the track and had a blast. First pass was just motor and ran a 8.55 @ 78.8 mph with a 1.89 60'. Then second pass was roiling the trottle and spraying after the 60' and ran a 8.00 @ 86.4 mph with a 1.89 60'. Not too bad with only running drag radials.
My old passes before I did a tune up was a 9.1 @ 74.9 mph with a 2 60'. Gonna tear it down over the winter and make some changes. Ready to see what it will do next year

No not yet, gonna be part of the winter project. The track was biting really good, kinda surprised me it hooked good.
Yes I sprayed the one 180. Only turning 5300 rpm too. I think I was losing some power in the stall. Yes there are some pics up in some of my old threads. Don't have access to a computer till next week

The stall in it now break stalls at 2500 and flashes to 4000. I think it's loose so my buddy have me a hues stall that is a 3600 I'm gonna see what it does.
I used a calculator and I should be in the 12s

Yea sounds like that stall is too loose. A good 3200-3600 should be a lot better, so ur buddies converter should be good. Get those bars built so you can get it to dead hook with the spray, you'll see 1.6-1.5 60', it'll be a fun truck for sure!!

Depends on the route you are wanting to take. Nitrous truck, turbo truck, or blower truck. I had a nice 6-71 BDS blower a couple of years ago for a big block that would have made an insane amount of power lol. Had to sell it tho. Ur lucky to have a wife like that! My gf could give a rats *** about it lol. She likes going fast but complains that I'm always working on the truck Haha.
