Default About what should my truck run in the 1/8th?

It's a 05 RCSB 2wd, mods are in sig! I'll have 27" tall slicks on it so traction wont be an issue..

That stall is going to help out your 60ft alot, but I think since you have 4.11s and a stock cam, your top end is going to suffer and will keep you out of the 8s.

Fastrt has a 5.3 RCSB with a cam, full bolt ons, 27" slicks, and a stall and is running 8.4s, so depending on how good you hook and if your truck has any top end you might be able to dip into the 8s.

If your 1-2 shift point is at 6000rpm, that puts you at about 72 mph at the shift point, that might be the biggest thing holding you back with the stock cam. You'll most likely be shifting into third right before the 1/8th. My guess is 8.85...

Man I say mid 8's. I had a stock longblock 4.8 , long tubes, ory, cai, e'fans, 3000 stall, 3.42s on street tires that ran a 8.8 and consistant 8.9's shifting at 6000.
