I would seal those screws so they dont leak.. just my .02 unless its not something concerning you

i had leaks when i screwed them in,but then i took them out and brought tire up to max pressure ( 45 PSI ) then screwed them back down, they leaked alittle but i had to work with the screws, tighten here tighten there !! but at 25 lbs they help so i brought them down to 15 ( which is where i run at ) and so far so good !!



but i did find some rubber grommets at work i am gonna use on the screws

i screwed the wheels, then raised the psi up on the tires then put in the studs. never drilled through the tires. just let the screw punch its way through the tire on its own. they have held 12lbs for a few weeks now.
