I was looking for some similar info recently and came across the specs for a stock 2006 rcsb Sierra. Curb weight = 3956, Ft wt = 2319, Rr wt = 1637 for a 58.6/41.4 split or 1.415:1 front to back ratio.
I would also be interested in seeing some real world 4 corner scale results.

I know skeet has had his truck scaled but the weight distribution will be different due to his 4 link and cell location.

I plan on having mine scaled once it's getting closer to being on the track. It will be on leafs will a factory tank so it'll be closer to most everyone else.

That would be very handy when building a high HP rig...

A 4 link shouldnt affect what the scales say, it will affect weight transfer during a launch.

When I first got my truck when it still had a V6 and 5spd, I had it scaled. Don't remember the exact numbers, but it was 3700 lbs with a 60/40 weight distribution.

How do you figure that? The 4 link will greatly reduce the weight in the rear of the truck.... Go pick up a leaf spring and then go pick up some DOM tubing and get back to me....

Not only that, a fuel cell located between the framerails behind the axle will affect a 4 corner bias greatly since these trucks come with a large plastic tank on one side outside the frame.... I figured what I posted would be easy enough to wrap your head around..... Guess not....

Yes, the actual weight will be reduced, I was thinking of the actual effects of the 4 link.

I never mentioned anything about your cell/tank comment, I figured you could read..... guess not...C U next Tuesday.
