I've never been on a dyno and the 27 was just my guess, 24 I do rememver vividly. Allen has always kept it safe and I completely trust him. How much timing do you add when using race gas vs 93 octane and are the gains worth it. I've never experimented with race gas.

PM sent by the way.....
I was also thinking about removing the front seat but that's probably where I draw the line. I'll look for extra un-needed stuff under the truck though.

Almost forgot about a fueling issue that needs fixing. I recently installed a 255 walboro inline in addition to intank and now my fuel pressure is dropping from 60 psi idle to 58 psi wot. Before it would hold 60 psi NA and only drop with nitrous use, havent checked it on Nitrous yet. Since the intank is older I'm thinking it's not pushing as hard as the inline. Or am I just being too cautious and 2 psi drop is nothing to worry about?

race gas vs 93 , it all depends on each vehicle.but if your only using a couple of gallons it does not do much, but if your using nothing but race fuel then you can go more agressive on the tune.

on race fuel since the burn rate is faster you have to add a certain % of fuel across the board

On race fuel you should be able to run 27 degrees with around 24 at torque peak as long as you keep the AFR to around mid to high 11's. I would shift at 6700/6600 and lock the converter at around 110. You should be trapping well into the 120's.

Do you have a wideband gauge in the truck?
