Like the other guys said. But, I'll give you a pointer. Get your truck up on jacks under the axle and a close to the spindle as possible, take the wheels off, get a square, straight edge, tape measure, yard stick, ect. and call Rich while your with the truck. He can walk you through all the measurements. He was very patient when dealing with me, and this will pretty much guarantee you'll get wheels that fit. Like most everybody else I got 15x10's and 15x4.75's. in 5-lug. However mine were a bit more expensive.....double bead locks on the rear.
